Description: Customer Service Specialists needed to answer calls from Florida high school and college students concerning Florida scholarships and grants. (This will renew for next fiscal year). Customer Service Specialists needed to answer calls from Florida high school and college students concerning Florida scholarships and grants. The position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: -High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent. -Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset. -Comfortable using computers. -Experience working with customer support a plus
