(Non-Exempt) Overview: The Graduate Nurse Resident is responsible
for delivering comprehensive patient care through the nursing
process, ensuring accountability and collaboration with various
departments. This role focuses on the care of ICU patients,
including those recovering from cardiothoracic and general surgical
procedures, while upholding patient confidentiality and compliance
with healthcare regulations. The position comes with attractive

us! Position Overview: This role employs the nursing process to
deliver patient care effectively. The Graduate Nurse Resident is
accountable for the care provided to assigned patients and assesses
the overall quality of care delivered by other caregivers.
Coordination of patient care with other departments is essential,
as is the maintenance of patient rights and confidentiality.

Option Differential: $10.00 for RNs Unit Description: 3E is the
Cardiovascular and Surgical ICU, where we provide care for patients
undergoing cardiothoracic, vascular, general, and head/neck
surgeries requiring ICU admission. Common patient cases include:
CABG and Valve Repair/Replacement Vascular Stents and Bypasses
Cardiogenic Shock STEMI/NSTEMI Radical Neck Dissection General
Surgery Qualifications: Education: Must be a graduate of an
accredited registered professional nursing program. Licensure: It
is the candidate's responsibility to obtain and maintain a current
RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure where nursing
duties are performed, meeting all state board of nursing
requirements. Physical Requirements: Ability to push, pull, and/or
lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Prolonged standing and walking are
required during each shift. Capability to grip, reach, bend, kneel,
twist, and squat to fulfill job duties. Certifications: Basic Life
Support certification from the American Heart Association or
successful completion of the course within 30 days of hire. Why
