Job Description:

This is a multi-craft maintenance position that requires a self-motivated individual able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player. This position requires an individual experienced in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and dry wall. HVAC experience is a plus. This individual should have proven leadership abilities. Must have own hand tools and be able to stand for more than 8 hours, climb ladders, and lift 75 lbs. periodically. Will work rotating weekends scheduled (4 hour shifts / potentially every fourth weekend).
