- Full-time - - Day Shift PHYSICIAN - ADVANCED HEART FAILURE or GENERAL CARDIOLOGISTPosition Highlights:As a referral center for cardiac medicine, the robust Heart and Vascular program at Phoebe provides Cardiology, Cardiovascular Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Electrophysiology, and Multi-disciplinary Structural Heart Services.The cardiology program is recognized as the region's leader of advanced cardiac care. The program's dedicated team of medical professionals have performed more cardiology procedures than all other Southwest Georgia hospitals combined.Key Features:

• Help launch a Heart Failure Program
• Experienced APP Support in Clinic
• 2.5 days a week community outreach
• Call 3-4 days per month including 1:7 weekends
• 1 afternoon off per week
• J-1 and H-1B Sponsorship availableQualifications:Training as a Heart Failure Specialist / Board Eligible or Board Certified (BC within 5 years of training)
