DescriptionThis is not a remote position. It is onsite. JOB SUMMARYProvides professional nursing care for assigned patients according to established standards and practices. Duties include assessment of patients, developing plan of care, implementing the plan of care and evaluating plan of care. Position requires a high quality of care in order to meet the Hospital's core mission.QualificationsEDUCATION REQUIREMENTS2 year / Associate Degree in Nursing from a state accredited school (Required)4 year / Bachelor's Degree in from a state accredited School of Professional Nursing (Preferred)EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS1 - 2 years Nursing Experience (Preferred)CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSURESRequired Certifications/Licensures: Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or obtained within 1 year of hire, Registered Nurse (RN) with current Georgia license, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) obtained within six months of hire, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Stroke Life Support (ASLS) or Georgia Stroke Core Curriculum (GSCC), National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) must be obtained within 2 years of hire, and Crisis Response Training (CRT) is required within 6 months of hire.Preferred Certifications/Licensures: Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)by Jobble
