TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Albany, Georgia, 31701 Pay Information $1,942 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Inpatient Surgical (Medical Surgical) Job Duration: 17 weeks Shift: 12-hour day shifts Guaranteed Hours: 48 hours per week Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: License required for submission Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Proficiency in MEDITECH - 6.1 charting system Job Description: - Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in an acute care setting. - Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans. - Monitor patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. - Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times. - Participate in orientation and training sessions. - Maintain professional communication with patients, families, and colleagues. - Adhere to hospital policies, protocols, and procedures. - Meet all unit-specific requirements and certifications.
