Job Description Outpatient Neurologist (Sing-On Bonus - up to
$100k) - Dothan, AL Job Type: Full Time Shifts: Days Setting:
Hospital Summary: We are looking for a dedicated Outpatient
Neurologist to join our team and provide expert care in a
clinic-based setting. The role involves evaluating and managing
patients with a variety of neurological conditions, with no
inpatient or on-call responsibilities. Ideal candidates are
board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology, possess excellent
clinical and communication skills, and are committed to delivering
high-quality, patient-centered care. Roles & Responsibilities: -
Diagnose and manage a wide range of neurological conditions in an
outpatient setting. - Collaborate with neurosurgeons, neurocritical
care, and stroke teams at a Comprehensive Stroke Center. -
Interpret EEG, EMG, and neuroimaging studies using advanced
diagnostic tools. - Coordinate care with hospitalists, pain
management, and other specialty services. - Ensure timely, accurate
EMR documentation and support quality care initiatives.
Requirements: - Graduate from an accredited medical school with a
Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.)
degree. - 2 - 3 years of Neurologist experience. - Must be licensed
to practice medicine in Alabama State. - Board Eligible or Board
