Radiology RN in Albany, Georgia, 31701! Job Title: Registered Nurse
Profession: RN (Registered Nurse) Specialty: Interventional
Radiology - Vascular Lab Duration: 17 weeks Shift: 10H Days Hours
per Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Experience: Minimum 2 years of
IR/Vascular Lab experience License: Required Certifications: ACLS,
BLS Must-Have: - 2 years of IR/Vascular Lab experience with 1
travel contract or 4 years without travel experience Description:
Strict 75-mile radius rule applies. Vascular Lab with 3 procedure
rooms for pre and post-recovery. Average cases per day range from 8
to 12, with 90% being outpatient. The electronic medical record
system used is Meditech. Nurses are required to manage
pre-procedure preparation, intraprocedure monitoring, sedation, and
post-recovery care. Technicians will assist with pulling supplies,
running charges, and room preparation. Common cases include
Lifeport, PICC, sonogram, fistulogram, catheterizations, declots,
grafts, fistulas, balloons, stents, and vein mapping. Candidates
with cardiac, ICU, or ER experience are preferred, as patients may
be critically ill. Comfort with handling cardiac arrests and
complex cases is necessary. No on-call, no weekend shifts, and
typically closed on holidays. Scrub color provided is either green
or white. Pharmacy services are available 24/7. Charting system is
