Job Description:

Employed position with Neurospine Center. Would share office space with Neurosurgeons and Neurologists. Outpatient only, clinic hours are M-F, 8a-5p Clinic is located on hospital campus. Practice at only one location, no travel required. Physician responsibilities would include but not limited to: Evaluate patients with back/neck pain, sports/work injuries, and neurological conditions such as stroke, brain, or spinal cord injuries which do not require surgical treatment Treatments include but not limited to therapeutic exercise, medication and injection management for pain and spasticity, electro diagnosis, prostheses, orthoses Must be able to perform EMG/NCS in an outpatient setting neurodiagnostics lab and certified technicians available Headache evals with occipital nerve blocks and migraine/botox Musculoskeletal evals with ultrasound guided peripheral joint injections, trigger point injections, large joint arthrocentesis, interlaminar epidural steroid injections, fluoroscopy and ultrasound guided SI joint injections, and medical branch blocks Consult for post stroke patients and treat spasticity with botox Base salary with work RVU potential, sign-on bonus, and student loan repayment options Will be working with IM and transitional year residents Cannot accept visa candidates for this position. Considering new grads and seasoned providers.
