Piedmont Macon Medical Center, Macon, GA OB/GYN Hospitalist Opportunity Sign-On Bonus Available The Opportunity: Piedmont Macon Medical Center- The birthing center at Piedmont Macon Medical Center is a full-service maternity unit with a highly skilled staff that has welcomed thousands of babies to Middle Georgia families. Services and amenities include Maternal-Fetal Telemedicine, midwifery, prenatal visits, childbirth education classes, tours of the birthing center, private birthing suites and breastfeeding support from lactation consultants. Piedmont Macon Medical Center also has a Level III NICU. Piedmont Macon Medical Center currently sees approximately 2,500 annual deliveries. OBHG OB/GYN Hospitalists are the in-house experts whose ability to handle any obstetric emergency dramatically improves patient safety and satisfaction. This opportunity involves working collaboratively with local obstetricians to ensure that every pregnant woman who presents to the hospital is cared for by an experienced physician every time. We are seeking OB/GYNs with exceptional clinical and communication skills, a passion for healthcare quality improvement, and a desire to shape the future of our specialty.
