Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available, providing
services to students from Pre-K through 12th grade. This contract
role begins ASAP and continues through the end of the school year,
offering an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse caseload
across elementary, middle, and high school settings in Opp, AL.
Candidates interested in either part-time or full-time roles are
encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include: Conducting speech
and language assessments and evaluations for K-12 students
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to
support pediatric speech and language needs Collaborating with
teachers, parents, and other school professionals to monitor
student progress Providing direct therapy services in individual
and group settings Maintaining accurate records and documentation
in compliance with school and state guidelines Desired
qualifications and experience: Certification as a Speech-Language
Pathologist (SLP) with relevant state licensure Experience working
with school-aged children, from preschool through 12th grade Strong
knowledge of pediatric speech and language development and
disorders Ability to manage a caseload across multiple grade levels
effectively Excellent communication and organizational skills
