Job Description:
Georgia Hospice Care (GHC) seeks a dedicated Clinical Manager to
lead our compassionate hospice team, ensuring the provision of
exceptional end-of-life care aligned with our mission of enhancing
comfort and quality of life for patients across multiple Georgia
counties. The Clinical Manager will oversee clinical operations,
including patient care, staff management, compliance, and
collaboration with healthcare providers. This role is pivotal in
fostering an environment that supports GHC's goals of personalized
patient-centric care and operational excellence. Oversee day-to-day
clinical operations and coordinate patient care activities to
ensure adherence to GHC’s standards of care Lead, mentor, and
manage a multi-disciplinary team, providing professional guidance
and ensuring staff adherence to healthcare protocols Collaborate
with healthcare providers to facilitate comprehensive care plans
tailored to the individual needs of each patient Ensure compliance
with all federal, state, regulatory, and organizational guidelines
related to hospice care Participate in the development and
implementation of training programs for all clinical staff Manage
resource allocation effectively to maintain budget goals and
patient satisfaction Conduct regular performance reviews and
support continuous professional development of team members Promote
and advocate for patient-centered care and uphold GHC's commitment
to quality and compassionate services Strong leadership and
organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Proven ability to manage a diverse team in a healthcare
setting Advanced knowledge of hospice care practices and
regulations Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Competence in handling sensitive and confidential information
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current RN
license in the state of Georgia Certified Hospice and Palliative
Nurse (CHPN) preferred
