Shift: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Georgia license or compact license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted. • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. • 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Phoebe Putney and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Phoebe Putney. Additional Details: Required Skills/Experience: Need to have experience with same type of hospital acuity, no CAH. Need experience at a larger organization with high acuity, high turnover and fast pace. Unit and facility details: Patient Types: Diabetic, CHF, COPD, GI bleed, renal failure, dialysis (they have a dialysis nurse ), some overflow post Surgicals, amputations, debridments, wound care, DVTs, ETOH, psych (in future may have hospice-not live yet). Shift & Scheduling: Every Other Weekend and Holidays rotate with permanent staff. Floating Requirements: To all acute care and cardio to take care of medical, or EC for acute care patient holds.
