Diagnose and provide excellent patient care and treatment Educate patients on oral health and treatment options Develop and maintain trusting, long-term patient relationships Partner with and lead a supportive, experienced team Maintain high clinical standards and a positive work environment Qualifications: You’ve got the degree (DMD or DDS—we don’t play favorites), an active license with no drama attached, and a chairside manner that puts people at ease before they even sit down. You’re a confident communicator, a natural leader, and a team player who treats patients like people—not procedures.
