Ability to handle patient ratios effectively. Strong focus on
patient safety and quality of care. Description: This role involves
providing nursing care in an acute care setting. Nurses will care
for patients with various medical conditions, including diabetes,
congestive heart failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,
gastrointestinal issues, renal failure, and post-surgical recovery.
Experience with wound care and managing patients on dialysis is
essential. Nursing staff must be able to handle a patient's medical
needs while adhering to a strict attendance policy. Primary Care
Nursing is practiced, and teamwork with certified nursing
assistants is expected. Patient assignments may vary depending on
unit needs, with a focus on maintaining optimal patient ratios.
Nurses are to wear designated uniforms and adhere to grooming
policies to reduce infection risk. All staff members are required
to prioritize patient satisfaction and quality of care. Candidates
must possess necessary certifications and have experience in a
high-acuity hospital setting. This position requires the ability
and willingness to work on weekends as scheduled. Nurses will
utilize a charting system to document patient care efficiently. 5
