Job Description Hospitalist – Internal Medicine (MD/DO) Position
Type: Direct Hire Opportunity Overview We are seeking
board-certified or board-eligible Hospitalists (MD/DO) to join a
growing inpatient program. This is a full-time opportunity offering
competitive compensation, a generous sign-on bonus, and a
supportive team environment with full subspecialty coverage.
Position Highlights Schedule: 7 on / 7 off rotation Shifts: 12-hour
shifts, approx. 15 per month Call: None required Patient Load:
18–20 patients per day Support: Dedicated APPs and 24/7
subspecialty backup ICU: Open ICU with intensivist co-management
available EMR: EPIC Key Responsibilities Provide inpatient coverage
for unassigned patients presenting through the ED Manage hospital
admissions, transfers, and inpatient consults Deliver comprehensive
care across diverse adult populations Collaborate with intensivists
and subspecialists to ensure high-quality outcomes Qualifications
MD/DO, Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine DEA, BLS,
and ATLS required All experience levels welcome, including new
graduates Visa sponsorship available (Direct Hire only)
Compensation & Benefits $100,000 sign-on bonus with 4-year
