Job Description:

Nurses to join our Cardiac Surgery Intensive Care Unit (CSICU)
team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you'll provide
specialized care to postoperative cardiac patients, contributing
directly to our mission of improving human life. Our

development in the field of cardiac care. Provide critical care and
monitoring to postoperative cardiac patients, Administer
medications, and manage ventilators and other life support
equipment, Communicate effectively with surgeons, cardiologists,
and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient
care, Participate in clinical research and continuous quality
improvement initiatives. Strong clinical skills in a CSICU or
critical care setting, Proficiency with electronic medical record
(EMR) systems, Ability to communicate and educate patients and
families on postoperative care and cardiac health, Capability to
handle high-stress situations and make critical decisions. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice,
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
certification required, Certification as a Critical Care Registered
Nurse (CCRN) preferred.
