Job Description:

critical point of care in the community, equipped with the latest
technology and staffed by dedicated professionals. As part of our
team, you will work in a dynamic environment that prioritizes
patient outcomes and staff development. Provide comprehensive
patient care in an emergency room setting. Assess, plan, implement,
and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare
team. Administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor
patient status. Document patient care services by charting in
patient and department records. Educate patients about health
maintenance and disease prevention. Ensure compliance with
standards of care and practice in accordance with all established
policies, procedures, and guidelines. Clinical competence in ER
settings Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work
effectively in high-pressure situations Proficiency in using
healthcare software and systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current RN license in
applicable state BLS Certification ACLS Certification preferred
PALS Certification preferred
