Provide immediate medical attention to patients in emergency situations Monitor patient condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice Observe and interpret patient's symptoms and communicate effectively with physicians Administer medication as prescribed by the attending healthcare provider Maintain patient records and adhere to hospital policies and legal regulations Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to share expertise and knowledge Do necessary preparation to ensure a sanitized and functionally equipped work environment Proven ability to manage multiple patients in a high-stress environment Strong organizational and decision-making skills Advanced knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in using healthcare software and systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid state RN license Basic Life Support (BLS) certified Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
