Job Description Job Description Position Overview The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely concrete estimates for residential projects, primarily working with national and regional builders. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong builder relationships and supporting profitable growth. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed estimates for residential concrete scopes (foundations, flatwork, driveways, sidewalks, etc.) Review plans, specifications, and takeoffs Work directly with national and regional builders on bids, pricing, and revisions Track bid statuses and follow up as needed Coordinate with project management and operations teams Maintain accurate records of estimates and contracts Qualifications Experience estimating residential concrete projects Familiarity working with national production builders Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specs Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency with estimating software and Excel Excellent communication and time-management skills What We Offer Competitive compensation (based on experience) Stable workload with national builders Growth opportunities within a growing company Supportive, team-oriented work environment We are willing to train the right candidate Company Description Synectics is a leading staffing and workforce solutions company dedicated to connecting exceptional talent with top organizations.
