Job Description Position: Electronic Monitoring Technician (Midnight and weekend Shifts) Schedule: 8-Hour Shift Facility is open 24/7 Location: Female Work Release Facility We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Electronic Monitoring Technician to join our team. This role plays a vital part in maintaining public safety and supporting accountability for inmates in a female work release environment. This position involves access to sensitive information and interaction with justice-involved individuals and therefore requires compliance with statutory level II background screening requirements. Key Responsibilities: Install and maintain electronic ankle monitors for inmates. Monitor and review GPS/location data for all individuals on electronic monitoring. Investigate alarm notifications and document findings in accordance with protocol. Maintain accurate inventory and ensure functionality of monitoring equipment. Communicate professionally with staff and follow established procedures. Qualifications: Minimum high school diploma or GED required. At least 2 years of experience using web-based computer systems . Strong attention to detail and ability to follow security procedures. Excellent written documentation and time management skills. Prior experience in a correctional, law enforcement, or security setting is a plus, but not required. Shift Details: 8-hour shift; may include weekends and holidays.
