Job Description:

Position Summary: Responsible for achieving client sales forecasts by having impactful discussions and conducting approved activities with healthcare providers (HCPs) and the office staff. The Professional Sales Representative will be expected to meet all annual sales objectives by identifying territory specific sales strategies aimed at maximizing sales results within his/her defined geography. He/She will be expected to establish long-term business relationships with HCPs while maintaining a positive image of the client and IQVIA both internally and externally, along with maintaining compliance with all policies that govern sales activity. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Achieve sales goals by effectively implementing marketing strategies and sales plan in assigned territoryAnalyze sales performance and adjusts business plan and approach accordinglyMaintain and update current and prospective target prescriber profiles and call recordsKeep current with market knowledge and competitive products Maintain a professional image for client products Successfully participate in all required training and sales meetings Plan and organize territory to meet sales and call targets Conduct sales presentations both virtual and in person as applicable Coordinate and participate in lunch and learns, speaker programs, and conferences, as appropriateDemonstrate mastery of selling skillsMake complete, accurate and timely submission of all timekeeping, details, call activity, expense reports, and sample activity when applicable Comply with governing corporate policies and SOPs, as well as applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
