Job DescriptionWe invite you to join our Temecula Valley Team as a Patient Service Representative Trainer. This is a full-time career opportunity that has Monday through Friday schedule at our outpatient center.Essential Functions:In this position as a Patient Service Representative (PSR) Trainer is responsible for training and developing all newly hired and existing PSR's to provide quality performance and knowledge of all front desk procedures, processes and implemented initiatives. The PSR Trainer will assist with the necessary education to provide an exceptional level of customer service to our patients, doctors, and imaging center staff. This position will be responsible for educating/training newly hired PSR's and their performance through to completion consistent with the training curriculum.In this position you will get to: Delivers new hire and ongoing training. Ability to execute all necessary front desk registration responsibilities and duties consistent with current workflow expectations. Maintains an exceptional level of knowledge pertaining to all key/focused implemented front desk initiatives. Ability to conduct the necessary training to support the overall PSR QA daily audit process and its purpose. Maintains a high success rate of successful graduates as demonstrated by validations and on the job performance. Ensures that all trainees are actively engaged in the training process through the planning and implementation of activities and incentives. Conducts a two-week assessment and approves release to go to the designated facility. Must complete the "Acknowledgement of Training" document. In conjunction with supervisors and management staff, works with team members in the continued development of PSR's to reach optimal performance. Conducts ongoing, refresher, and cross-training in critical areas as identified by the Regional and Site Manager(s). Ensures training meets quality standards and expectations of client, center, and corporation. Works with the Regional and Site Manager(s) to address training needs and effectiveness. Consults with Senior Management Team as stated directly above to determine training needs, procedural updates and trainee performance. Coordinates training schedule Maintains and updates training material and tools. Makes recommendations to training agenda or curriculum, as necessary. Maintains positive, consistent and effective communication with staff, peers and senior management.
