PCC Airfoils, LLC, headquartered in Greater Cleveland, Ohio,
is a world leader in the fast-paced, high-tech industry of
investment casting. Each of the thirteen (13) Airfoils locations
plays an integral part in the manufacture of blades, vanes and
components for use in gas turbine engines. PCCs parts are found on
virtually all commercial & military aircraft, as well as,
industrial gas turbine applications in the free world.
The Airfoils Division is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Precision
Castparts Corp, a Berkshire Hathaway Company. The company currently

The Douglas facility is located in south central Georgia
approximately 65 miles north of the Florida state line. Douglas is
centrally located between Macon, GA and Jacksonville, FL;
approximately two hours drive from either city. Valdosta, GA is

Executes the assigned duties as necessary to support all
technical issues as required to resolve product or process
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Assist engineer in day-to-day activities. Included but not
- Program planning and scheduling.
- Special lot generation, tracking, and documentation.
- Development of parts procedures (PESs) and routings.
- Provide technical support for Quality and Manufacturing.
- Learn the fundamentals of tooling, gating designing and
efficiency, shell systems, foundry parameters, metallurgy,
blueprint reading and interpretation, and statistical
- Assist in the preparation of evaluations and reports to
management and customers.
- Assist in the cost reduction activities, and process
Experience & Education
High school education required. Prefer 2 years of technical
education in an engineering-related field.
2+ years experience in engineering or technical environment.
