Job Description:

Georgia South Family Medicine is currently hiring an Office Manager. The Office Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the residency clinic, to include staffing of clinical and non-clinical staff; supervising front office staff; ordering supplies and maintaining inventory; charge entry and point of service collections, HR, routing, budgeting and communication. This position will monitor productivity, patient charts and medical records, patient satisfaction and scheduling.This position will also assist the Program Coordinator and Program Director in meeting the ACGME required duties and responsibilities tied to the Georgia South Family Medicine Residency accreditation, including scheduling and monitoring adequate time in clinic for residents and faculty; patient volume and patient diversity for residents and faculty; serve as practice management faculty to resident learners and handle other GME duties related to resident and staff. HR, routing, budgeting and communication.Minimum RequirementsAssociates Degree in related field.Minimum 2 years experience in Medical Office Setting.
