Job DescriptionMachine Operator Moultrie, GA - Temp to Perm - $19.00 - $21.00 / HourlyA lumber production company is looking for a machine operator to install, maintain, and operate machinery. You must have a strong understanding of machinery. You will work with mechanical or computer-operated equipment. You must be technically-inclined and be able to properly utilize tools and machinery. Since problems with machinery may arise, you must be able to analyze situations, find solutions, be detail-oriented, and willing to learn. Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery
• Operate tools in order to aid in the manufacturing process
• Perform periodic checks on equipment and solve problems as detected
• Work with others in order to ensure that equipment is in proper working order
• Observe and follow company safety rules and regulations
• Complete any additional tasks as assigned by managementEducation or Experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Have a strong understanding of machinery operationsRequirements
    • Attention to detail
    • Have reliable transportation
    • Wear PPE including steel toed boots
    • Ability to work and communicate well with others
    • Have a clean background and drug screen
