Job Description:
Marketing Campaign Manager Location: Onsite (Tallahassee, FL)
Minimum Qualifications: 5 years consulting experience in producing,
delivering, deploying, and evaluating media campaigns. 3 years of
experience in media buying focused on targeting specific population
groups. 3 years in consulting/media campaigns with media planning,
integrated communication strategy, and marketing. 3 years of
developing tailored messaging and creative content for specific
market areas using culturally and linguistically appropriate
strategies for Florida’s diverse population. 2 years of experience
designing creative and marketing materials specifically for newborn
screening awareness or other public health campaigns in Florida.
Have 3 years (within the last 10 years) as the lead marketing
manager for at least one campaign similar in size, scope, and cost
to this project. Specific Skills: Strategic media planning &
buying. Creative development and production (advertising,
educational & promotional materials). Campaign plan development and
execution. Bilingual content development (Spanish & Haitian
Creole). Public health communications expertise. Budgeting,
reporting, and campaign evaluation skills. Proficiency with virtual
and in-person stakeholder collaboration. Data security and
confidentiality compliance. Preferred: Experience with Florida
Department of Health or similar public agencies. Prior involvement
in newborn screening awareness or related health campaigns. Ability
to produce multilingual content (Spanish, Haitian Creole). If you
