Unlike some driver positions, this one gives you a better idea of the number of miles and hours each week holds, which means you'll have a better idea of what to expect in every paycheck. And because you know your customers and their typical freight load, you'll never be surprised or slowed down by unusual shipments.

CDL-A Dedicated Truck Driver Benefits:

* Competitive pay:
* Starting pay .41 cpm
* Top pay .42 cpm reached within 12 months
* Average 2,100 miles per week with a guaranteed minimum of 1,950 miles per week
* Average $1,144 per week/ $59,500 per year
* Stop pay= $21.25/ stop
* average 15-20 stops per week; each stop averaging 45 minutes


* Company sponsored per diem program


* Home multiple times during the week and each weekend
* Leave out on Sunday or Monday with 1st delivery
* Average 4+ loads per week
* Pickup preloaded trailers of mattresses, frames and box springs from customer's distribution center
* Coverage area to include: Georgia, Florida (only as far south as Orlando), Alabama & South Carolina
* Local runs (100+ miles) may be available to supplement income
* Assigned Volvo & Freightliner tractors
* No loading, driver assist with unloading
* Deliver to warehouses
* Delivery times are typically scheduled between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm
* Possible backhauls of returning product when empty & returning to Waycross
* Paid time off including 8 paid holidays (after 90 days)
