Job Description:
Maintenance Coordinator - Peanut Procurement
This is an exempt level position.
Job Responsibilities:
The Maintenance Coordinator for Peanut Procurement is responsible
for coordinating maintenance activities across the peanut
procurement network consisting of 50 locations. Warehouses,
approximately 4000 units of rolling stock, drying units, seed
production equipment, conveyance, cleaners, and associated
equipment. You will be responsible for the application of asset
management strategies, efficient execution of maintenance & repair
practices & programs, proactive maintenance & repair, best practice
application, and implementing continuous improvement strategies.
The Maintenance Coordinator will work closely with the Operations
Superintendents and Buying Point Managers at each location to
ensure an effective maintenance program that enables operational
excellence.
Ensure sustainable and safe maintenance plans, and act as a role
model for safety.
Provide preventive and predictive maintenance work plans for
various sites.
Lead the Master Scheduling Meetings and coordinate with procurement
sites.
Assist in crafting planned work schedules.
Ensure accurate Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
data entry.
Coordinate plannable maintenance jobs, and support all locations as
the lead scheduler.
Report on Maintenance Key Performance Indicators, and work with the
Procurement Team and the Reliability Centered Maintenance Center of
Excellence (RCM CoE) Team to continually improve performance.
Assist in the development of maintenance budgets for the
procurement locations and work with the Procurement Team and the
RCM CoE Team to manage the budget and optimize costs while
providing equipment reliability.
Work with the RCM CoE to identify and address bad actors through
the use of root cause failure analysis (RCFA), and lead RCFAs as
appropriate.
Travel to procurement locations as needed to complete job
responsibilities.
Act as a subject matter specialist for Maximo use in peanut
procurement and provide training as needed.
Reporting KPI
Establish Maximo at all locations
Oversee the maintenance performance across all locations and will
establish KPIs in alignment with the Reliability Centered
Maintenance Team.
Job Requirements:

Proficiency in English required.
2+ year technical degree or 5+ years of manufacturing experience
required.
Training and experience in mechanical applications required!
Experience with computerized maintenance management systems highly
preferred!
