*To apply, please visit: * 12-hour rotating shift- rotating every 2 weeks. 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 3 off- will work every other weekend. 6a-6:30 p, 6p-6:30 aAbility to troubleshoot various competencies: Advanced Pneumatic, Basic _Hydraulic_, AC/DC _Electrical_ Systems, Automation (_PLC_ and Instrumentation), Automation, Machining, and _Mechanical_ Systems on all Process and Packaging Equipment with minimal guidance. As a Team, properly maintain and repair equipment in a fast paced, high production work environment, while prioritizing multiple _mechanical_/_electrical_ and administrative tasks.*Major Responsibilities: ** Capable of _troubleshooting_, repairing and overhauling equipment within close tolerances.* Perform routine _electrical_ and _mechanical_ problem-solving on process & packaging equipment.* Perform Preventative Maintenance (PM's) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) on Process & Packaging Equipment with minimal guidance.* Support Operations in equipment setup, changeover and training of operators in Autonomous Maintenance (AM) activities.* Document Work Orders (WO) using Computerized Maintenance Management System (SAP-PPM Plant Maintenance).* Effectively communicate with Operators, Peers, Supervisors and all levels of management on a daily basis.* Provide enthusiastic support where needed and complete other duties as assigned by Team Leader.* Demonstrate Engagement in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Theory and Concepts through participation in Pillar Teams, training fellow Technicians/Operators in Autonomous Maintenance (AM) activities to include conducting Breakdown Analysis (BDA's).* Understand and adhere to Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) Procedures, Confined Space Procedures and all other Plant Safety/Good _Manufacturing_ Practices (GMP) requirements related to supporting machinery uptime.*Education/Training: **Minimum** High School Diploma or equivalent.* Technical Degree/Trade Certification or 4-6 years equivalent work experience required.*Preferred** Associate degree in a Technical discipline, preferably in _Industrial_ Maintenance/Technology.* Successful completion of Mars Apprenticeship Program or Co-op.*Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: **Minimum** Possess a fundamental understanding of _Electrical_, _Hydraulic_ and Pneumatic Schematics and _Mechanical_ Drawings in order to solve problems in a timely manner at the component level on all assigned equipment; i.e. sorting systems and palletizing robots.* Ability to troubleshoot AC/DC _Electrical_ components (up to 480VAC 3 Phase) including motor starters, switches and sensors found on all assigned equipment using basic test equipment such as multi-meters and amp probes.* Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed to support production needs and to conduct multi-task work in a very fast paced work environment* Willingness to develop required Technical Skills*Preferred** Possess an advanced understanding of AC/AC _Electrical_ (up to 480VAC 3 Phase), _Hydraulic_ and Pneumatic Schematics and _Mechanical_ Drawings in order to solve problems in a timely manner.* Technical/ Trade Certification in: Welding, Advanced Machinist Skills, fabrication and blueprint interpretation.* Possess _PLC_/Instrumentation _troubleshooting_ skills.*Physical Requirements: ** Frequent lifting/carrying (10-50 lbs.).* Frequent pushing/pulling (50-200 lbs.).* Frequent handling/gripping/bending/stooping.* Ability to work at elevated heights off a ladder or platform, climb stairs, leaning over equipment.* Ability to stand and / or work on feet for extended periods (minimum eight hours in one shift)Mars is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of MES and servers for the Factory Floor. Participate in research and development to continuously improve and keep pace with the OT / IT Factory needs of the organization. The Factory IT role will actively resolve problems and issues to provide a near-continuous uptime of Factory Floor servers, applications and HMIs to limit work disruptions within the company.*Responsibilities** Maintenance, configuration, and operation of network physical and virtual servers.* Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes* Network and IDF maintenance and support. Manage IP and Port inventory* Implementation, maintaining and monitoring of the Mars Standard Data Collection system* Strong hands-on experience with ACP Thin Manager, thin clients and HMIs* SCADA application support, upgrades and performance.* SQL database monitoring, maintenance and performance tuning.* Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues.* Responsible for capacity, storage planning, and performance.* Provide documentation and technical specifications to PCIS staff for off hours factory support.* Support Capital Budget projects.* Manage and maintain factory floor hardware database.* Manage and maintain factory floor software licensing.* Interaction, scheduling and support for vendors* Regular collaboration with the plant control systems group on projects. Knowledge of PLCs helpful*Requirements** 3 years working in a Factory IT role* 3 years working with Microsoft Server 2012r2 - Server 2016* 3 years working within a VMWare vSphere environment* 3 years working with networks at a high level.
