looking for an energetic, sociable Associate Product Manager to
join our team. You will work under the guidance of the product
manager in a cross functional role to define the product strategy
and development programs needed to ensure the profitable growth of
the company. The Associate Product Manager will help assess the
market needs, opportunities, and risks as well as provide sales and
marketing support to promote product benefits and features. This is
a fully onsite position at our facility in Tallahassee, FL.Job
ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions, Key Tasks, &
Responsibilities:o Be an advocate for Turbocors new and existing
productso Collects Voice of the Customer (VOC) and market data to
help with identifying and prioritizing projects to include in the
product development roadmap as well as in development of project
specificationso Be part of cross functional project teams
representing Sales & Marketing for the purpose of implementing
product improvements or releasing new product developmentso Assist
in market validation of new products or significant product
changeso Develops and maintains annual product pricing guides
according to established pricing strategyo Contributes to the
production of sales and marketing collateral, which includes
brochures, sales tools, users guides, parts manuals, training
materialo Coordinate and facilitate the customer visits at
Tallahassee facilityo Support product launch activities and
marketing campaigns.o Review and help in facilitation of the
product lifecycle process for all finished good itemso Responsible
for maintaining a clean, safe and orderly workplace.o Responsible
for understanding and complying with quality policy, procedures and
instructions to ensure product quality, customer satisfaction,
attainment of business goals and environmental well-being.o Other
duties as requiredBackground & SkillsEducation and/or Experienceo A
candidate will need to have a Bachelors degree in Engineering or
combination of other technical degree and experience.o Good
knowledge of key IT tools (MS Office, SAP - Business Intelligence
Warehouse)o Relevant work experience on products which are systems
having integration of software, electrical or electro-mechanical
elements.Preferred Qualifications:o 3-5 Years of experience
specifically with HVAC Systemso Strong interpersonal skills and the
ability to work effectively with a teamo Global mindset and
excellent communication skills to efficiently communicate across
all levels in the organization.o Good time management and project
management skills to organize and plan effectively in developing
