Job Description Company Description At Beacon Health we are
dedicated to providing trauma-informed mental health services to
individuals from all backgrounds, with a special focus on
supporting the LGBTQ community. We believe in creating a safe,
inclusive, and empowering environment for individuals navigating
life’s challenges, especially those who have experienced trauma. We
are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Licensed Mental Health
Therapist to join our team on a part-time 1099 contractor basis .
This role is an excellent fit for a clinician who is building a new
private practice, growing an existing practice, or looking to
supplement their caseload while making a meaningful impact in the
lives of LGBTQ individuals, Spanish-speaking clients, and trauma
survivors. Responsibilities • Provide individual therapy sessions
for clients, focusing on trauma-informed care • Provide services in
both English and Spanish • Specialize in supporting clients within
the LGBTQ community or those who are allies • Utilize
evidence-based therapeutic interventions (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.) to
treat trauma-related conditions • Maintain accurate and timely
clinical documentation • Foster a safe, non-judgmental, and
affirming therapeutic space for all clients • Collaborate with the
Beacon Health team while maintaining autonomy as a contractor
Qualifications • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling,
Psychology, Social Work, or a related field • Valid state licensure
(LMHC, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) • Fluent in Spanish and
English (required) • Experience working with trauma survivors,
particularly within the LGBTQ community • Interest in growing a
private practice or expanding an existing one • Availability for in
person sessions Mondays & Tuesdays, 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM • Available
for telehealth sessions during other times as your schedule allows
throughout the week. • Ability to work independently with strong
clinical judgment • Strong communication and documentation
skills
